Keeping the Temple of God Healthy

As a pastor's wife and registered dietitian, I wanted to start a blog incorporating the Living God and taking care of our bodies. To be physically and spiritually fit is a balancing act. Daily decisions have to be made to stay healthy. Being healthy body, mind, and spirit creates abundant energy for the building of the Kingdom of God.
